Erin Ellis, MA
Erin is an Affiliate Partner with inclineHR. Erin has practiced Human Resources for 20 years in financial services, healthcare, power, and automotive sectors within the General Electric Company and Hertz Corporation. Erin brings deep passion and experience in the areas of executive assessment, coaching, talent management, leadership development, employee relations, HR operations and process improvement.
She graduated from the University of New Haven with a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Albright College. Erin holds certificates from Harvard University Division of Continuing Education in Executive Leadership Coaching and Effective Organizational Communication. She has experience with multiple assessments, including Birkman, DISC, Clifton Strengths, and Working Genius. Erin is located in Naples, FL.
Robert Greene, Ph.D.
Dr. Greene is an Affiliate Partner with inclineHR and faculty for DePaul University in their MSHR and MBA programs. He has over four decades of experience in industry and consulting, has authored four books and over 200 articles, and was the first recipient of the Keystone Award for attaining the highest level of excellence in the field. He specializes in Human Resource strategy, performance management, rewards management, and human capital development.
He has a PhD in Behavioral Science from Northwestern University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago. He holds the SHRM-SCP, SPHR, GPHR, CCP, CBP and GRP professional certifications. Dr. Greene is located in Chicago, IL.
Merle Riepe, Ph.D.
Merle is an Affiliate Partner with inclineHR and boasts nearly two decades of experience helping companies increase profitability through their people, based on proven psychological and leadership science. When Merle is not developing client relationships or leading a team of exceptional psychologists, he focuses his efforts on executive coaching, employee engagement, and candidate assessment to ensure the right fit, from the front line to the C-Suite. Merle’s knowledge of human behavior, expertise in assessment, and experience in facilitating change enable him to provide innovative, practical, and principled consulting services that are crafted to meet his clients’ critical needs.
Merle has a Doctorate of Philosophy and a Master of Science in Consulting Psychology from Alliant International University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Nebraska Wesleyan University. Merle is located in Scottsdale, AZ.
Andria Taylor, M.Ed.
Andria is an Expert Affiliate Partner with inclineHR. She brings 20 years of experience in innovative talent and leadership development, strategic program design, coaching and change management. Areas of expertise include: talent assessment; high potential development; succession management; large-scale training program design; and training delivery.
Andria has an undergraduate degree in Political Science from University of California San Diego, and a Masters in Adult Education from North Carolina State University. She is certified in MBTI, Crucial Conversations, Switch and Influencer change programs, and completed 116 hours of professional coaching training with the Coaches Training Institute. Andria is located in north San Diego, California.
