Greg honed his experience with Head of HR roles at General Electric, United Technologies, ConAgra Foods, and Biogen.
“As a former HR Executive, the financial and human ineptness in Corporate America gnawed at me,” Greg said. “I watched too many rising stars stymied by pointless organization shuffles. I witnessed exciting companies unknowingly weaken their results through random personnel decisions. Yet, I also experienced executives and corporations who were mentored to astonishing achievement. I knew there was a better way.”
A watershed moment in corporate HR for Greg was relocating a brand-new employee and his family 3,000 miles, just a week before having to lay him off. This experience left an indelible impression.
In 2016, with deep passion, expertise, and an amazing network as his tailwind, Greg Cline founded inclineHR.
